SCG BBQ Fundraiser: Friday August 3rd

What: BBQ Fundraiser in conjunction with the Struts Gallery and Ok.Quoi?! Festival
When: Friday, August 3rd from 12-1pm
Where: 7 Lorne St. Sackville, NB
Who: All of your friends will be there, so you should be too!

The menu for the BBQ tomorrow is as follows…
*note that everything is local, grown in our garden (all except for the cows!), organic, and totally awesome!

$5: Local and organic beef burgers (with the option of cheese!) on homemade buns with cilantro pesto, mixed greens, and homemade pickles.

$2: Vegan Potato Salad with dill, and basil-cilantro white wine sauce and Chinese broccoli.

Garden salad with swiss chard, kale, mixed greens, green peppers, green onions, beets, carrots, cucumbers with a balsamic and Dijon dressing.

Mixed greens salad.Desserts are a mystery, come check out the BBQ to see what delights will be served!$1.50: Shish kebabs with zucchini, beets, young onions, green peppers, and new potatoes marinated in a cilantro lime sauce.
